A small, senior firm built to outlast a vendor relationship.

We started Dynamis Group because small and mid-sized Australian operators deserve the same calibre of engineering and advice that enterprise buys — without the theatre, overhead or lock-in.

Dynamis Group is one Melbourne-based company with three divisions: Dynamis Digital (web engineering and AI integration), Dynamis Advisory (applied AI counsel) and Dynamis Labs (custom computer-vision research). Founded by Luke Collins. Senior-only delivery, source-on-handover, and one solution architect per client. We work with Australian SMEs and regulated enterprises — not startups in search of a product.

Principal

Luke Collins — Managing Director, Dynamis Group; PhD Candidate, Deakin University (spatio-temporal deep learning for deepfake detection).

FAQs

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out to our support team.

Who founded Dynamis Group?
Luke Collins, Managing Director and Principal. Computer-vision researcher and web engineer; PhD candidate at Deakin University researching spatio-temporal deep learning for deepfake detection. Public expertise covers computer vision, neural-network architecture, cyber security, web engineering, applied AI systems and search engineering. Listed as the Person node in the sitewide schema.org graph.
Who do you serve?
Australian SMEs, family businesses and operators (~50–500 staff); regulated industries (health, utilities, financial services, local government); ops-led teams (COOs and Heads of Operations); and under-served regions — Melbourne, Geelong, Surf Coast, regional Victoria. We're least useful to early-stage startups still searching for product-market fit.
How is Dynamis Group structured legally?
One Australian Pty Ltd company — DYNAMIS GROUP PTY LTD (ACN 697 317 605, ABN 29 697 317 605). Dynamis Digital, Dynamis Advisory and Dynamis Labs are registered business names and trading divisions of that single entity. All client contracts are with the parent entity; division branding is operational, not legal.
What does "senior-only delivery" mean?
The person who scopes the work does the work. No bait-and-switch from senior consultants in the sales meeting to juniors in delivery. We turn down engagements rather than staff them with people who can't defend the architecture in front of a regulator or a board.
What won't Dynamis take on?
Engagements where the goal is optics rather than outcomes; work that locks clients into bespoke platforms they can't maintain without us; over-promising on AI, blockchain or whatever's trending; and shipping code without observability, documentation or a handover plan. These are commercial preferences, not aspirational ethics.
