FAQs

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. Can't find what you're looking for? Reach out to our support team.

How quickly do you reply?
Within two business days for the general inbox; same-day for active client work and named-inbox enquiries (accounts, privacy, support). We don't use auto-responders to confirm receipt — the next message you get from us is from the human handling your enquiry.
Do you offer free discovery calls?
The first 30-minute conversation is free for genuine scoping. We use that time to understand the situation and decide whether we're the right firm — not to deliver advisory output. Beyond 30 minutes we charge for advisory time. The Cal.com booking link in the channel block goes straight to a senior calendar.
What about active clients — how do I reach support?
Active clients have a named inbox, a direct line to their solution architect, and the Client Portal at portal.dynamisgroup.com.au for documents, invoices and communications. SLAs are written into the engagement contract, not the marketing site — check yours, or email support@dynamisgroup.com.au if you've forgotten where it sits.
Should I email a division directly or use the general inbox?
If your enquiry sits cleanly inside one division (a website build, a single advisory question, a vision-model project), email that division. If it crosses divisions or you're unsure, the general hello@dynamisgroup.com.au inbox routes faster than guessing — a solution architect picks it up and decides which division leads.
What information should I include in a first message?
The situation in plain language; what "done" looks like; the rough timeline; any constraints we should know early (regulated industry, existing vendor relationships, a deadline driving the work). We don't need a brief or a budget at this stage — just enough context for the architect to know whether we're the right call.
